Approved shingle colors by Brand. The style is Architectural Shingles. Any other brand is acceptable but must match one of the following colors as closely as possible. Metal shingles are also able to be approved of the same color. The Board should be notified prior to installation for final approval in all cases.

Any brand paint may be used but should match one of the 4 listed below. Board approval is required in all cases before painting begins. Color samples are also available from the Board for your convenience. The front entrance door color is up to owner discretion.
